Regular Bike Shed — $2,300

Vertical Bike Shed — $2,600

Note: Internal dimensions are approximately 7 inches less than outside dimensions. To confirm fit, measure the interior footprint on your floor and test with your bikes before ordering.

Do I Need a Permit for a Bike Shed in Denver?

Most of our bike sheds fall under 120 square feet, which exempts them from building permits in most Front Range cities. However, zoning and setback rules still apply — your shed generally needs to sit at least 3 feet from property lines. Denver requires a zoning permit for all accessory structures regardless of size.
