Base pricing includes the structure, standard siding, roofing, and a single or double door. Common add-ons include windows, ramps, shelving, lofts, electrical rough-in, extra doors, and upgraded siding or roofing materials. Visit our Pricing page and Options page for more detail.
Do you handle the foundation, or do I need to have one ready?
We can advise you on the best foundation type for your project, such as gravel pads, concrete piers, or existing concrete slabs are all options depending on your shed size and site conditions. We'll discuss this during your free estimate so there are no surprises.
Can I customize the color and style of my shed to match my home?
Absolutely. Every shed we build is custom, you choose the color, trim color, roofing material, door style, and window placement. Do I need a permit to build a shed in Colorado?
Permit requirements vary by city and county. In most Denver metro municipalities, sheds under a certain square footage (often 120–200 sq ft) don't require a permit, but larger structures typically do.
