Below you'll find our standard shed pricing for a wide range of sizes and roof styles. All shed pricing is subject to change based on material costs, so we recommend requesting a free estimate to confirm current pricing for your specific project.

With 17 years of construction experience, we build sheds that are designed for real Colorado weather, from spring snowstorms to summer heat using quality materials and craftsmanship that lasts. Every shed is built on-site in your backyard, not assembled from a flat-pack kit.

What's Included in Every Custom Shed

Our standard shed pricing includes the following:

  • Structure & Framing — Pressure-treated lumber floor frame, wall framing, and roof structure built to Colorado building standards.
  • Exterior Siding — LP SmartSide or comparable engineered wood siding for durability and curb appeal.
  • Roofing — Architectural shingles in your choice of color, installed to withstand Colorado's weather.
  • Subfloor — 3/4" tongue-and-groove OSB or plywood subfloor.
  • Doors & Windows — Each shed includes either one single or one double door (depending on size) and one window, as noted in the pricing below.
  • Trim & Finishing — Corner trim, fascia, and exterior finishing for a clean, finished look.
  • Minor Leveling — We include minor leveling to ensure your shed sits properly and is structurally sound. Please note that significant grading or site preparation beyond minor leveling is not included in standard shed pricing and would be quoted separately.

How long does a custom shed build take?
Most custom sheds are completed in 2–5 days depending on the size of the shed. Keep in mind that if your project requires a permit, the permitting process will need to be completed before we can begin construction, which can add additional time. We'll walk you through the full timeline during your free estimate.

Do I need a permit for a custom shed in Colorado?
It depends on the size of your shed and your city or county. Many Front Range communities require a building or zoning permit for sheds above a certain square footage. We're happy to help guide you through the colorado permitting process however, pulling the permit and meeting local requirements is ultimately the homeowner's responsibility.
