Installation & Electrical Requirements

Plan for two things before your sauna arrives:

• A level foundation. Concrete pads, pavers, and reinforced deck surfaces all work well.  The key is level and stable.
• A dedicated 240V circuit. Like all residential 8kW sauna heaters, the Harvia Spirit requires hard-wiring to a dedicated 240V circuit by a licensed electrician. Budget for this in your project.  It's typically a straightforward job, and your electrician can confirm the breaker sizing from the Harvia spec sheet we include.
