General warranty and return policy for Glass Greenhouses and Parts:

What's Covered
This greenhouse comes with a limited warranty from the date of purchase:

Aluminum frame and stainless steel hardware — covered for up to 15 years
Defects in materials and workmanship — covered for up to 10 years, provided the greenhouse is assembled using original manufacturer parts and following the included instructions

What's Not Covered
The following components are excluded from the warranty but may be available as replacement parts at a reasonable cost:

• Tempered glass panels
• Operating parts (such as automatic window opener pistons)
• Other accessories that are breakable under normal use

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper handling, incorrect assembly, neglect, or commercial use
• Modifications, painting, gluing, or alterations not approved by the manufacturer
• Impact damage to glazing from hail, rocks, or other projectiles
• Excessive loads placed on the structure or packaging
• Extreme weather events including high winds, flooding, fire, or heavy snow accumulation

Important Snow Load Note

Customers are responsible for regularly clearing snow from the greenhouse roof. Damage from snow accumulation is not covered under warranty. We recommend checking and clearing the roof after any significant snowfall.

Coverage begins on the date of purchase and is non-transferable
Please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place — it will be required for any warranty claim

How to File a Claim

Contact our customer service team by phone or email. To help resolve your claim quickly, please have photos of the defective part(s) ready. In some cases, a manufacturer's representative may need to inspect the greenhouse at its installed location. Once a claim is resolved, your remaining warranty coverage continues through its original end date. Exaco will repair or replace defective parts or products at their discretion.
