The Livingten is an insulated glass greenhouse built for serious year-round growing. Made in Germany by Hoklartherm, it pairs 22 mm double pane glass with a thermally broken aluminum frame, so it holds heat in winter and limits heat buildup in summer far better than a single-pane or polycarbonate greenhouse.

Why double pane glass matters

Most hobby greenhouses use single glass or twin-wall polycarbonate. The Livingten uses sealed, insulated glass panels like a house window, plus thermal gaskets in the frame. The result is a four season greenhouse with steadier temperatures and lower heating costs, which makes a real difference on cold, clear nights along the Front Range.
